Audineh Asaf is an interdisciplinary artist of Iranian-American heritage based in Seattle, WA. She creates mixed media works that integrate collage, photography, drawing, painting, printmaking, and fabric art. Her practice explores social issues and reflects on everyday life, drawing from both personal experience and broader cultural narratives. Following the 2022 'Woman Life Freedom' uprising, Asaf has focused on amplifying the voices of those risking their lives for freedom and human rights in Iran.

Asaf has exhibited widely across North America, including at the Jacob Lawrence Gallery at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA; Gallery II at Washington State University in Pullman, WA; the S. Tucker Cooke Gallery at the University of North Carolina Asheville, NC; the Orange County Center for Contemporary Art in Santa Ana, CA; Culture Lab in Queens, NY; Woman Made Gallery in Chicago, IL; Gallery 4Culture in Seattle, WA; CityScape Community ArtSpace in Vancouver, BC; and the SAQA Special Exhibition at the Philadelphia Museum of Art Contemporary Craft Show.

In 2025, Asaf created a temporary public art installation as part of Shunpike’s Storefronts Program in Seattle, WA. Her work is also featured at Atelier Jolie in New York, NY, as part of Strand for Women 2025, a collective exhibition co-presented by the Catharsis Arts Foundation and the Invisible Dog Art Center, with her work represented by the Iranian Women’s Institute for Life and Liberty (I-WILL).

Asaf holds an MFA in Interdisciplinary Art from Goddard College and a BA in Interdisciplinary Visual Art from the University of Washington. She received the 2022 Future Art Award from Mozaik Philanthropy and a 2023 Fellowship from the Robert B. McMillen Foundation.
